Session Description

The session will explain and demonstrate models of mentoring teachers online, from initial training to supporting veteran online teachers. Various types of mentoring, as well as models, will be shared. Mentoring will be defined in this session as one who guides and supports and provides a role model for other online instructors, usually those with less experience. Mentors answer questions posed by the mentees, share expertise, and provide professional development opportunities.
